# Compatibility & Requirements

* VX360 is compatible with all Tesla models (2021 and later).
* Currently, the VX360 device is limited to use with the original Tesla account and car it was configured with. Later updates will allow additional drivers to be added to the same VX360 device.
* To use VX360, ensure you have the NATIX Companion App installed on your phone with internet access, Bluetooth, and GPS enabled.
* The app must be **logged in and** running (or operating in the background) to ensure seamless communication with your VX360 device while driving.
