NATIX VX360 is supported with regular security updates, vulnerability patches, and backend maintenance for a minimum of 3 years from the date of manufacture.The official end-of-support date for each product batch will be listed in our Help Center at: https://natixnetwork.zendesk.com/hc before the shipping of the product starts.
NATIX GmbH shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—including but not limited to loss of revenue, profit, data, or use—arising out of the operation, use, or inability to use the VX360, even if NATIX GmbH was advised of the possibility of such damages.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable laws, including but not limited to data protection and road safety regulations.
Important Safety Instructions
Please read and follow these instructions carefully before using the NATIX VX360. Failure to do so may result in serious injury, electrical shock, fire, or damage to the device.
Do not expose the device to water, moisture, direct sunlight, or high temperatures.
Keep the device away from heat sources and avoid mechanical shocks.
Do not disassemble, modify, or repair the device yourself.
Only use original NATIX accessories and charging equipment.
Ensure the device does not obstruct the driver's view or interfere with airbag deployment zones.
Keep the device and its components out of reach of children.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2013
Do not dispose of this device with household waste. The VX360 is classified as electronic waste under the European Union’s WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) and should be returned to a designated collection point for recycling.
The VX360 complies with the RoHS Directive (2011/65/EU).
Please consult your local electronic waste regulations to ensure proper disposal.
The NATIX VX360 is intended solely for data collection in mobile or automotive environments. It captures visual and inertial sensor data for applications such as mapping, navigation, and environmental understanding.
Any other use—including surveillance of private property without explicit consent, integration into safety-critical systems without formal validation, or modification of hardware or firmware—is considered improper. Such use voids all warranties and may violate local or international laws.
As the VX360 may process data that may constitute personal data under certain jurisdictions, data subjects must be informed when their data is collected. To support this requirement, NATIX GmbH provides placards that must be displayed on the vehicle during use of the VX360 device.
