Compatibility & Requirements

  • VX360 is compatible with all Tesla models (2021 and later).

  • Currently, the VX360 device is limited to use with the original Tesla account and car it was configured with. Later updates will allow additional drivers to be added to the same VX360 device.

  • To use VX360, ensure you have the NATIX Companion App installed on your phone with internet access, Bluetooth, and GPS enabled.

  • The app must be logged in and running (or operating in the background) to ensure seamless communication with your VX360 device while driving.

  • A VX360 Device – Features 256GB of storage with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and integrated GPS to unlock the full potential of your Tesla’s built-in camera by retrieving footage and capturing driving data while enabling you to earn rewards.

  • A USB-A to Micro USB-B Connecting Cable - Used to power your device and connect it to your car.

  • Cloud Storage – Every VX360 comes with access to a Cloud with 3TB storage. Footage can be saved for up to 1 month, after which it is automatically deleted.

Welcome to VX360!

This user manual will guide you through the setup and essential knowledge needed to unlock the power of your VX360 device and its companion app.

VX360 enables Tesla owners to seamlessly access their vehicle’s built-in 360° camera system, securely backup and access dashcam footage from the cloud, and earn rewards for sharing driving data that contributes to improving maps and autonomous driving applications.

How to Get VX360 App

The moment you’ve been waiting for has finally come. The VX360 Companion App is now available on iOS and Android for all users!

Important: Only download the app if you have received your VX360 device!

Instructions for iOS Users

  1. Open this link and download the app on your iPhone.

If you have previously used the TestFlight beta version:

  1. Uninstall your TestFlight beta version.

  2. Download the official app

  3. The old app via TestFlight will stop working on August 11, 2025, so please download the new version within before that to ensure seamless transition.

Quick Start Guide

This Quick Start Guide is designed to help you get up and running as quickly as possible.

Whether you’re setting things up for the first time or just need a refresher, you’ll find the essential steps here to start using your VX360 right away.

For more detailed instructions to configure your device, visit the full setup guide.

Follow the steps below, and you’ll be up and running in no time!

  1. Download and install the VX360 App

    1. Download the VX360 app and install it on your phone

    2. Register a new account on VX360 app

      1. Drive& app users must create a separate account: Drive& app and the VX360 App are two separate applications.

    3. Grant all permissions required to the VX360 App: Bluetooth, GPS with precise location.

  2. Configure Your VX360 Device

    1. Sign into your Tesla Account (credentials not stored by NATIX).

    2. Plug VX360 into your Tesla’s glovebox USB port or a home USB charger.

  3. Backup, Sharing & Rewards

    Consent to data collection for cloud backups & earning rewards.

  4. Updates

    Keep the app open in the foreground during the update.

  5. Before Driving

Wait 30 seconds for the device to boot up and pair your device.

  • Configure the Wi-Fi network you’ll use to upload footage to the Cloud: select a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network with WPA2 security. If you have an issue to connect to your Wi-Fi, please go here.
