VX360 is compatible with all Tesla models (2021 and later).
Currently, the VX360 device is limited to use with the original Tesla account and car it was configured with. Later updates will allow additional drivers to be added to the same VX360 device.
To use VX360, ensure you have the NATIX Companion App installed on your phone with internet access, Bluetooth, and GPS enabled.
The app must be logged in and running (or operating in the background) to ensure seamless communication with your VX360 device while driving.

Download the VX360 app and install it on your phone
Register a new account on VX360 app
Drive& app users must create a separate account: Drive& app and the VX360 App are two separate applications.
Grant all permissions required to the VX360 App: Bluetooth, GPS with precise location.
Wait 30 seconds for the device to boot up and pair your device.
Configure the Wi-Fi network you’ll use to upload footage to the Cloud: select a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi Network with WPA2 security. If you have an issue to connect to your Wi-Fi, please go here.
