Ensure you have register an account on VX360. Drive& app users must create a separate account: Drive& app and the VX360 App are two separate applications. You can reuse the same email but you'll have to create a new account.
If you’re still unable to log in, try using the “Forgot Password” feature.
If you signed up with an email and password, you’ll receive a link to reset your password.
If you used a different login method, you’ll receive an email explaining which option you should use to access your account.
