My VX360 is not collecting any footage

To collect VX360 clips, your phone must be in the car and remain stable while driving.
The app needs to be in the background or foreground to increase earnings from VX360 clips collection.
Only plug your VX360 device into the Tesla you originally configured it with.
Collection of Dashcam and Sentry footage don't require your phone to be in the car with your device.
Place your phone on the Tesla charging pad or a phone mount. The app UI may take some time to update—just keep your phone stable during the drive, and the UI will refresh few minutes after you’re parked and display "Pending Footage".
While you’re driving or when your car is parked with Sentry Mode enabled, your VX360 should be collecting footage.
To troubleshoot, it’s important to distinguish whether the device isn’t collecting footage or isn’t uploading footage.
• If you see the ‘Pending Upload’ widget on the home screen, your VX360 is collecting footage. However, if it stays in this status even when connected to Wi-Fi — you should have a look to troubleshoot!
