My Footage is Not Uploading to The Cloud

  • Uploading footage doesn’t require your phone to be nearby.

  • The app UI may take some time to reflect the upload status—leave the device plugged in and check the app again after 1–2 hours.

  • The VX360 device will automatically start uploading whenever your car is parked and the device is within range of a saved Wi-Fi network.

  • Your VX360 device needs to be plugged to power, if your Tesla goes to sleep it might interrupt uploading unless enable Sentry or enable "Keep Accessory Power On"


Located on the Home Screen, the upload widget helps you checking your footage upload status:

To troubleshoot, it’s important to distinguish whether the device isn’t collecting footage or isn’t uploading footage.

• If you see the ‘Pending Upload’ widget on the home screen, your VX360 is collecting footage. However, if it stays in this status even when connected to Wi-Fi you’re in the right place to troubleshoot!

Troubleshooting Checklist:

• If you keep seeing the “Start Collecting” widget after your drive, your VX360 isn’t collecting any footage — you need to go to troubleshoot!

In last resort, try to remove your saved Wi-Fi and reconnect again. More information
