If you have any issues to connect your VX360 to your Wi-Fi:
Make sure you are nearby your VX360.
Make sure you have selected a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz networks are not supported).
Check that your Wi-Fi security settings are not set to WPA3.
Ensure Location Permission have been set to "Always" for the VX360 app. More information
iOS users: Confirm your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.
Double-check that you’ve entered the correct Wi-Fi password.
Tap on Refresh button and try again to connect to your Wi-Fi. Trying multiple times sometimes work.
