I Can't Connect My Device to a Wi-Fi

If you have any issues to connect your VX360 to your Wi-Fi:

• Make sure you are nearby your VX360.

• Make sure you have selected a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network (5 GHz networks are not supported).

• Check that your Wi-Fi security settings are not set to WPA3.

• Ensure Location Permission have been set to "Always" for the VX360 app. More information here.

• iOS users: Confirm your phone is connected to the correct Wi-Fi network.

• Double-check that you’ve entered the correct Wi-Fi password.

• Tap on Refresh button and try again to connect to your Wi-Fi. Trying multiple times sometimes work.

• Update your VX360 device to the latest version.
